Sing Sing Ring
You borrow a ring or a marked coin from the audience and vanish it in front of them. You then reach in to your pocket and reach out for a brass cylinder. The volunteer takes a while to open the brass cylinder and when he finally opens it he finds his item inside the cylinder.
It takes the volunteer a lot more time to open the box than it took you to retrieve the cylinder from your pocket.
