Wizards Chain
You show a metal chain made up of a lot of metal rings. On your command a ring from the chain visibly travels all the way from the chain to the bottom of the chain and falls off into your hands. The rings and the chain are examinable. On your next command the second ring visibly travels all the way from the top to the bottom but vanishes as it falls into your hands.
